Classic black gloss lacquer and luxurious gold trims.I got an unbelievable deal on this pen at a store that was clearing out odds and ends, but it’s easily worth the price here. I have about half a dozen fountain pens, and this is definitely one of my favorites. The nib is beautiful, and writes very smoothly, without getting slippery. The ink flow is free, but not so much to cause ink blobs; just perfect. This pen is really nice looking, too. The cap snaps very solidly onto the pen, on both ends. It’ll never come off on its own. The bottom of the cap has “Waterman Paris” and “France” in gold letters on opposite sides.

Beautiful and silky by SA Smith, I got a lot in this pen at a store that was clearing stuff, but it is simply worth the price here. I spent about half a dozen pens, fountain, and this is definitely one of my favorites. NIB is beautiful, and writes very smoothly, no smoothing. The ink flow is free, but not enough to ink blobs, perfect result. This pen is very nice. The cap clicks very stable on the pin at each end. There will never be on his own. This is a long way since the mid-range after Waterman is on the line, and ends as such. You'll find a better market boom ended in a higher price. Handicrafts of France as Waterman is a fair price. The weight of sample quality on the first beat. Body length fits most hands. You can also cut the cap on the back for big hands, but increases the weight back. The source is a transparent tube with a screw. to press to push the air out, dip the pen in the ink and screw up. Everything is easy and clean. Simply shake the pen vertically several times, a drop of ink made of tin. The ink is not spilled during normal transport.
